There are 4 types of HITZs Entrance scholarship which will be awarded as per students result and Entrance Exam result. Additionally students can be awarded Shenzhen Municipal Scholarship which is 3000 Yuan/Year and Guangdong Provincial Govt. Scholarship which is 1000 Yuan/Year. The types of HITZs Entrance Scholarship are as follows:

1. Shenzhen municipal and Guangdong provincial scholarships have limited quotas and may be concurrently awarded with the HITSZ Entrance Scholarship. Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship is for enrolled students only, with application time generally between April to May every year. Guangdong Government Outstanding International Students Scholarship is for both new students and enrolled students, with application time generally between June to September.
2. The application process for the HITSZ Entrance Scholarship is integrated with the admission application. By submitting the admission application, candidates are automatically considered for the scholarship, requiring no additional actions.
3. The HITSZ Entrance Scholarship is awarded for the initial academic year. Eligibility and scholarship level for subsequent years will be reassessed based on the student's academic performance and overall conduct in the preceding academic year
