The Belt and Road Scholarship at Chang'an University supports international students from Belt and Road countries with full or partial funding, covering tuition, medical insurance, and a monthly stipend 1500 Yuan/month for quality education in engineering, transportation, and applied sciences. The dorm fees are not covered by this scholarship. Students are permitted to stay off-campus.
